Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kids Acting Society! By registering your child for any class, workshop, camp, or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration & Payment
Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment has been received unless an approved payment plan has been arranged in advance. Tuition reserves your child’s place in class, and spaces are limited.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Tuition is fully refundable up to 7 days before the first class.
Within 7 days of the first class, refunds are not available.
Once classes have begun, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If Kids Acting Society cancels a class, families will receive either a makeup class, account credit, or refund.
3. Missed Classes
No refunds or credits are provided for missed classes due to illness, vacation, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons. Makeup classes are available.
4. Parent Responsibilities
Parents or guardians agree to provide accurate registration information and notify Kids Acting Society of any medical conditions, allergies, or special accommodations their child may require.
5. Student Conduct
Students are expected to treat instructors, fellow students, and studio property with kindness and respect. Kids Acting Society reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior repeatedly disrupts the learning environment. Tuition will not be refunded in these circumstances.
6. Photo & Video Release
During classes and performances, Kids Acting Society may photograph or record students for educational and promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media. Although we contact parents if we are interested in using a photo or video of their child, please contact us if you do not wish for your child to appear in photographs or videos, please notify us in writing before the first class.
7. Assumption of Risk
Parents acknowledge that participation in acting classes may include movement, improvisation, games, and physical activities. By enrolling, you voluntarily assume any ordinary risks associated with participation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kids Acting Society, its owners, instructors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring before, during, or after classes, except where required by law.
9. Class Changes
Kids Acting Society reserves the right to change instructors, class schedules, locations, or curriculum when necessary. Every effort will be made to notify families promptly of any changes.
10. Communication
By enrolling, you agree to receive emails and text messages regarding class reminders, schedule updates, special events, and important announcements.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By completing registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
